Request for DLR to support a Judicial Review on St Michael’s Development

On April the 29th An Bord Pleanala granted permission for the Special Housing Development (SHD) on the site of St Michael’s Private Hospital carpark on Crofton Road. See here and Inspectors Report here.

The DLCRA has called on the Councillors and the county council to launch a judicial review. See our letter here. The development materially contravenes the Development Plan with regard to building height, Heritage and residential provision. It is not an example of sustainable development.
