View observations on planning applications.

This can now be done on-line, follow this step by step guide

1. Go to the DLR planning search website and choose Planning Applications Online Search.
2. Select Search For a Planning Application. Search by using the address or Ref number. Note the ref number includes the date; ie D19A/0706 means it was submitted in 2019.
3. Find the Planning Application and double click on it opening its details.
4. You should see the Application Details in the top half of the page and on the bottom part of the page there is a text box which has 5 tabs on its header. the first tab is labeled Address Details, the second Conditions & Reasons, the third Documents, etc..
5. Select the tab labeled Documents. Then select the link ViewDocuments.
6. A new page should open and you should see a list of all the documents uploaded associated with the planning application. They will probably be plans, elevations and drawings.
7. Look at the top left hand corner and see where it says results page: followed by some numbers. This tells you the pages of documents you are looking at. the first page is normally just plans and elevations, the planning submissions are found around page 2 or 3.
